Cruise
March
Pros: The service was great. All staff were kind and happy to serve, assist or help.
Cons: More seafood and fish options
Recommended: Yes
The only con was not enough sea food and fish served at dinner n the main dining room. We would of loved to have crab legs, scallops, osters, sea bass, Maihi Mahi as dinner entree option. Lobster was available every dinner with a upcharge. It would have been nice to have some of the other choices of fish/seafood as a upchage.

Short Bahamas Cruise on A Big Ship
January
Pros: Our junior suite was huge with a large balcony, walk in closet & huge bath/shower .
Cons: The entire ship was dated & in need of a refresh. stained furniture etc. even in suite. My time dining was a cattle call & poorly managed. We finally got excellent service & a quieter table nights 3 & 4 after complaining to guest services & head waiters.
Recommended: Yes
Overall we had a great trip with a couple of glitches. We enjoyed the shows very much- ice show & Into the Air were favorites, followed by comedian & Saturday Night Fever. Dinner on nights 3 & 4 was good in terms of service. I have cruised since 1994 & the overall quality of the food has slipped noticeably, particularly the main entree & desserts. No more Caribbean lobster tails, baked Alaska, soufflés, cherries jubilee etc. Apparently they are a thing of the past. All our drinks were excellent & of good quality. We enjoyed the Starbucks on board which was included in our drink package. The private island, Cococay, was a wonderful day. We immensely enjoyed the beautiful South Beach area. Our beach bed was wonderful, drink service great & lunch on the island was all included & delicious. Our cabin steward was very attentive. Our shore excursion was canceled on Nassau due to wind, but we taxied to Cable Beach & made our own fun. Transportation to & from port was very easy & seamless with easy , convenient kUber or taxis.

Smaller Happy Ship
January
Pros: Shorter Sailings
Cons: Older ship
Recommended: Yes
Overall this is a great shop for a short cruise. It has many of the amenities that keep both adults and kids satisfied. The staff were great all throughout the ship.

Good ship....with a few rip offs thrown in
November
Pros: Entertainment & Food
Cons: Internet, potable water
Recommended: No
A bit of the airport syndrome at work here. It pained me to pay in excess of $25 per day for internet (and that's for each device). And how can anyone approve of arriving at a fine cabin at sea...while later discovering potable water is not part of the package. Your on your own baby... rustle up some water. Shell out for plastic jugs at the bar with tax, mandatory gratuity, and an additional line for extra tip. And then drag it back to the cabin. More than a little bold. And more than a little wrong.

Would sail LOS again in a heartbeat
September
Pros: Ship size is perfect. Artwork is fabulous and fun.
Cons: Elevator buttons were wonky.
Recommended: Yes
Sailed LOS to Bermuda in adjoining Interior Promenade rooms. She is the perfect size and well kept. Her decor is aging but is neutral and is still in good shape...Which is expected due to her refurb schedule. Ship artwork is fun and makes you look twice or even three times to see the fun details. Schooners was my favorite bar: decor, drink choices and people (staff & guests.) I also enjoyed dinner in the main dining room...beautiful decor, attentive wait staff...other guests can be a little much with their extreme expectations and bickering but the ship can't help that. Shows were surprisingly good as well. Quiet places to relax if that is what you want too. Beware of the elevators though. Some buttons dont work as expected. Maybe it was the triangle causing the issue? The panel on the left seemed to be the real control. The panel on the right relayed the button presses and sometimes not accurately (press 8 stop on 6. That is how we figured out which panel was in control.) One elevator would only go between 4 and 5. Sometimes buttons would unpress themselves. If we hopped on a weird one, we hopped off and used the stairs LOL.

A wonderful voyage
August
Pros: Dining, staff, service, embarkation/disembarkation, entertainment
Cons: Crowded
Recommended: Yes
I am very happy with our recent cruise to Bermuda on Liberty of the Seas. Our family stayed in a Royal Suite and the concierge service was excellent. I was very impressed with the dining in the main dining hall, as well as Chops and Giovanni's. Even Windjammer was decent. There was a nice variety of entertainment, although a few more activities for my pre-teens would have been nice. I was very thankful for the medical staff, as we had an issue (off the ship a port) and they took excellent care of us. Boarding and leaving was smooth. While the ship could use a cosmetic refresher, it was very clean. It was crowded (especially the pools) but I expected that as we traveled during the peak end-of-summer break. Cape Liberty was very easy to navigate.
